Our new product, church wax candles with propolis.

What is propolis, also called bee glue, uz or natural antibiotic.
It has a dark green or brown color.
Bees collect the adhesive substance from tree buds and modify it with their enzymes.
Propolis consists mainly of resins, then wax, flower pollen, aromatic acids and oils from flowers.

During the preparation of beeswax before the production of church candles, we add natural!!! bee propolis. This is not an extract or aroma composition. It is natural propolis that we buy from beekeepers, heat it in a steam bath and we add everything that turns into a liquid fraction through filtration to the wax.
The work is a little complicated, but it is worth it.
The finished candles have an extraordinary aroma of herbs, then notes of wax and honey are revealed and at the end notes of wood buds are felt.

When buying from a supplier, we select only aromatic and refractory wax.
Before production, we defend it from water and dirt.

The candles are a pleasant natural color, aromatic, not sticky, beautifully standing on a candlestick even in hot weather. They move freely in the pack. One of the expressions is, ringing like drumsticks.

The candles do not leak even at a slight angle. We use only 100% cotton wicks and our candles do not smoke.

The flame is low, dense, rounded at the top, "holds" well to the wick.
During vibration, the air does not allow the oppression to be exposed and throw soot.
We call this during stability.

We produce church candles on a drum-type machine from the German company Herrhammer.
A fairly unique machine that allows you to increase the required diameter of the future candle, cut and melt in the flow of the wick.
During melting, we dry the wick as much as possible from wax residues so that the candle does not shed a "tear" during ignition. Visually, our candles are easy to recognize; the top of the candle has a rounded dome shape.
